Before you buy
Why does a South African server matter?
Ping is distance. A server in Europe is around 165 ms away from Johannesburg on a good day; ours sits in central South Africa, positioned for low latency from every major city.
What is the grace period on each plan?
How long your server keeps running after a missed payment before it is suspended — from one day on Micro to seven on Elite. After 30 days from the due date the server and its data are deleted.
Can I build something bigger than Elite?
Yes. Custom builds go up to 64 GB of RAM. CPU scales at one core per 4 GB and disk is R1.00 per GB a month, so the builder above shows the exact figure.
Is the hardware shared?
The machines are ours and run only our game servers. Your server gets the RAM and cores in your plan; several servers share a node, which is what the price buys, and nothing else runs on it.
